She impressed us immediately with her organization skills, knowledge of the industry/location/venues, incredible network of vendors, and general bubbly and solution-oriented attitude. “We had a destination wedding in Vancouver and connected with Kavita in 2021. She is simply the best in her field. Not only is she creative but somehow knows exactly what your vision is and delivers it in a manner you never imagined possible. She is creative, organized, thorough, and on top of her game. We had requests made to her on the day of the event in all of the craziness of having close to 400 guests to organize and she somehow managed to take care of it. We had 4 events and each one was at a different venue. Just managing the logistics on top of the complications created by the venues updated requirements due to COVID was achieving the impossible. On top of that managing our catering team who came from New York and it was their first time in Vancouver. You, Kavita did it brilliantly. You remained calm through out and made sure to keep us calm. Almost a month after the event, our guests are still talking about how well organized our events were and how beautiful all the décor was.
