Since we weren’t pretty lucky with our previous cabinet refacing contractor, we started looking for one that totally gets our humid coastal climate.
When we saw our neighbors’ kitchen, we were surprised when they mentioned that those were the original cabinets that came with the house since the early 90s—just had them refaced two years ago.

If you want to save yourself from the hassle of booking, then we highly recommend Cabinet Painting Vancouver. Here, their initial consultation is straightforward and informative, which honestly saved us from asking too many questions.
But don’t worry, you can still address your concerns without being intimidated.
There’s also an option to book for online consultations. However, it’s worth noting that there are a few reports of frequent cancellations, so it may not be the best route if you need to start working on your kitchen project.

What we liked most about Kitra is that all their projects looked very premium. And it’s probably because of the hardy finish, providing more depth to the cabinets.
We even noticed that the cabinets looked like they’re newly built! Having your cabinets refaced by these guys without a huge construction job will really save you tons of money (and time), which is really impressive.
They also take time to listen to your requests before sharing their insights. They will really make sure to work with you so the outcome aligns with your vision, and of course, your budget too!
We also love how courteous these guys are whenever they work inside our home. They even set up a board just to give us some privacy while they worked.
And whenever we’ve got questions, they’re also quick to respond. Isabel and Morey were able to conduct multiple visits onsite too, just to frequently check the progress.
Meanwhile, they’re also great in refacing outdated wood. So even if your cabinets came from the 70s, they can still work on that without redoing the entire thing!
However, their upfront payment is quite high. It would be best to check their initial quotation first, just to see if they fit the budget you have in mind.

We were pretty worried about refacing our kitchen cabinets as we felt like it would not blend well with the rest of the house. But when our friend started sharing photos of their newly refaced cabinets at home, we knew we had to ask for their contractor too.
