Sneaky Pete’s Pool Café is an awesome place that opened in March 2021. It has a relaxed and casual atmosphere. They’ve got eight new Diamond pool tables, which are like the best in the pool world.

The decor perfectly balances modern chic and classic pool hall vibes. Comfortable seating and well-lit tables create the engaging environment we all love when out with friends.

If you’re looking for a good deal, you’ve got to hit up their daily happy hour from 2 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Don’t forget about Monday! They have an all-day happy hour that’s ideal for kickstarting your week.

Glitch Bar & Games Room is this awesome spot in Vancouver that combines the nostalgia of classic arcade games with a super modern bar vibe. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends and relive those retro gaming days, this is it!

Picture this: you walk in, and it’s like stepping into a vibrant world of neon lights and upbeat music. The pool table is there, but you can also kick back at your table and dive into some classic games—think Ms. Pac-Man and a bunch of other favorites.

And let me tell you about their Happy Hour from 5 PM to 8 PM! You can snag draft beers for just five bucks. Plus, they have themed nights, like the Killer Queen Draft Night on Mondays and the Headbangers Ball on Wednesdays, for all rock music lovers.

Soho Bar & Billiards has been around for over 20 years, making it the original bar and billiards hangout in the area. What I love about Soho is how it perfectly blends the energy of a lively bar with the chill vibe of a billiards hall.

They have 12 top-notch Diamond pool tables meticulously maintained, just waiting for a competitive game or a laid-back match with friends. During happy hour, you can enjoy discounted beers and cocktails, and munch on crispy chicken wings or loaded nachos.

The place has this cozy yet energetic feel, with exposed brick walls and dark wood accents that pull you in. If you’re planning a gathering, they even offer group bookings with pre-ordered food, which is great for celebrations or team outings.

4. Brickhouse

Brickhouse has a rustic décor and a laid-back yet lively vibe. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to soak in a bit of local flavor. There are multiple pool tables and shuffleboards, which keep the competitive spirit alive among friends.

You can score some awesome drink specials if you hit it at the right time. Who doesn’t love a good “Happy Hour”? They often have deals on select drinks, so it’s perfect for those casual hangouts or when you’re celebrating something special.

The décor has these industrial elements, but it still feels cozy, especially when you sink into their seating. The lighting is warm, creating a friendly atmosphere where you can just kick back, enjoy some games, and even catch live music if you’re lucky.

5. Good Co. Bar Granville

Address: 965 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1L3, Canada

Operating hours: 12–10 PM

Good Co. Bar Granville is this vibrant hotspot in the heart of Vancouver’s lively Granville Entertainment District. One of my favorite parts? The upstairs game room. It’s a total hangout haven! You’ve got a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong in one spot.

What sets Good Co. apart is its mission to create “good times for good people.” It’s not just about the drinks (though they have an awesome selection) but the whole experience. You can enjoy everything from arcade classics to trivia nights.

And let’s not forget the music – it’s upbeat enough to keep the good vibes going but still allows easy chatting with your friends. If you are there on a Tuesday and love tap beers, you’re in luck—half-off! It’s hard to resist a casual hangout like that.

Operating hours: 11 AM–11 PM

Commodore Lanes & Billiards is not just any bowling alley or billiard hall—it’s actually Canada’s oldest surviving recreation center, having opened its doors in 1930! The walls are even decorated with heritage paintings that tell stories from the past.

It’s like the venue as a personality, inviting you to sit back and enjoy your time there. Their motto, “Pleasant Days May Be Spent,” captures the place’s vibe, and it’s clearly why it’s been a favorite for both locals and tourists for decades.

There are 12 lanes of 5-pin bowling, 20 billiard tables, and an arcade area with games like foosball and virtual darts. They offer party packages for big groups and can accommodate up to 250 people!

7. Q1 Billiards

Address: 4411 No. 3 Rd #118, Richmond, BC V6X 2C3, Canada

Contact details: +16043030550

Operating hours: 12 PM–1 AM

Q1 Billiards has a whole bunch of billiard tables, and let me tell you, it’s a paradise for pool lovers. The blue-felt tables caught my eye—they’re such a fun twist on the usual green ones. They make the game feel fresh and way more enjoyable.

It’s been around for years, and you can sense that community spirit, with everyone from casual players to some pretty serious competitors hanging out. They even have a bunch of dart boards, so you can mix things up while you’re there.

The ambiance is relaxed but still lively. Think dim lighting and good music that can swing from classic hits to contemporary bops. The decor is simple—like a converted warehouse vibe—which I find appealing.
