When a new house was being built beside our 55-year old house, we immediately noticed cracks showing up on our drywall and floors were becoming uneven.
We knew then that we had to call a foundation repair expert that would save our home from sinking. We previously worked with Stanley Foundation Repair for our basement proofing, so it was ideal for us to get their services again, and we’re glad we did.
When we called them, we were surprised to be booked for an initial inspection and estimate on the same day. We had to wait for a few weeks to get our foundation repaired though, but we didn’t mind the thorough planning they had after the inspection.
They are also the best partner if you’re looking for a contractor that will provide more long-term plans to maximize your budget. They even walked us through the pros and cons of the repair project, and that transparency meant a lot to us.
However, their cost estimates don’t include additional work such as removing concrete pavements around the area.
There were also other preparations that they don’t cover, so if you don’t want handling multiple contractors in a project, then it might be best to skip this one, and look for another one.

We found True Level Concrete after seeing their name pop up a couple of times on our neighborhood’s social media pages. Our neighbors were sharing their positive experiences, so we figured they were worth a try.
What we liked most about these guys is that they really take the time in inspecting our driveway. In fact, they inspected the area twice, taking them almost an hour and a half just to make sure they didn’t miss a spot.
After the thorough inspection, we’re also happy to receive their detailed project outline. It served as our main reference throughout the project, allowing us to see the exact amount of work required in our driveway.
On the day of the repair, they also helped us remove all tripping hazards first, just to make sure the driveway is clear for traffic. They were also quick in tweaking the plan when they discovered an issue with the original one.
