They were easy to talk to during the initial call. We weren’t even put on hold, unlike the others who would let you listen to some background music for minutes.
When we asked for their availability during the day, we were surprised that they could squeeze us in in the next two hours. Of course, we grabbed that chance so we can get our microwave working again later that day.

If you need to have your microwave repaired on the same day, Maple Leaf Appliance Repair should be on your speed dial. In our case, we find their online booking very straightforward and easy, so we chose to connect with them online.
When our microwave stopped working around 8 in the morning, we immediately went to their website and booked an appointment. Luckily, they were able to send someone before 12 noon on the same day.
In case your requested time is unavailable, you can expect them to email you back to coordinate the next possible schedule with you. We’re quite sure that they can find another schedule within 24 hours.
What’s great about them is that they can check the unit first before you settle any payment. That means, no callout fees required—if they can’t fix it then you don’t have to shoulder any cost.
Since the parts that need to be replaced are available on-hand, the repair was done in less than an hour, allowing us to use the microwave right away.

We had our microwave oven for almost 8 years, and just when we had to reheat something for lunch, it decided to stop working. Our friend recently had their refrigerator repaired by Priority Appliance Service, so we decided to try them too.
They’re also a great choice since they have experience working with known brands, such as Miele and Fisher & Paykel, for over 40 years.
Aaron, the assigned technician, even texted us a day before the schedule, just to confirm the appointment time. As expected, he showed up on time, and brought all the tools needed to proceed with the repair.
Of course, he still inspected if a repair is still the better way to go. But don’t worry, if your microwave is beyond repair, you can trust them to be honest with you.
Since they had to maximize the space in our kitchen counter, they had to move other appliances before repairing our microwave. What’s great about them is that they took photos before they even did that, just to ensure they knew where to put the items back.
You’ll also love how much they care and respect a client’s space. Aside from removing their shoes before entering our place, they also put their tools and equipment on top of a heavy moving blanket to avoid getting scratches on our kitchen counter.

We knew our microwave already had an issue the moment it stopped heating the way it used to at a certain temperature. We heard about Vancity Appliance Repair from a neighbor, so we decided to give them a go.
They sent over Dan to diagnose our microwave’s problem. He inspected our microwave first before bringing all his tools in.
It’s also great that he interacted well with our dog. He made sure to place the toolbox on the counter, so our furry pal won’t accidentally step on or swallow anything hazardous.
However, most of the replacement parts needed were unavailable so we had to wait for them to be ordered. You can expect their team to give you a timeframe so you would know when to expect the technicians to come back.
In our case, they were able to schedule the repair a day earlier than we expected. The technician also arrived on time, so we were able to continue with our day while he was working in the kitchen.
We just wished that the technician was more efficient, as it took him three hours to finish a minor microwave repair.
Nonetheless, we still feel like winners after getting useful maintenance tips on how to take better care of our microwave oven.

Another repair company that can accommodate urgent booking requests is Pete’s Appliance Repair. We find Pete and his repairman accommodating and friendly.
He gave us an exact appointment time and was able to arrive a few minutes earlier than the agreed time.
You can also expect them to walk you through the repair process and all the risks. Don’t worry, they won’t push through with the repair if it would be more costly for you to proceed than to buy a new one.
After telling us that our microwave will only probably work for another year, he let us decide if we would still continue with their repair services. And true enough, a year and a half later, our microwave decided to bid goodbye for good.
We suggest listening to their expert advice, especially if they notice that your appliance is beyond repair.
What’s great about them is that they can source out spare parts that are quite hard to find. The best part is that you won’t have to wait for weeks for them to arrive.
And once the technician was done installing the new part, he made sure to put everything back to where they were. He also cleaned up the space, leaving it tidy and neat.
