I’ll be honest—when my friends suggested a trampoline park day, I thought it would be a cute throwback to childhood. Little did I know, I’d leave the first park sweaty, out of breath, and wondering why I don’t do this every weekend.
Between epic dodgeball battles and testing my (very questionable) backflip skills, I rediscovered my love for bouncing—and maybe even gave my legs the best workout they’ve had all year.
