The thing that impressed us the most was that they offer custom design services. Customers can talk about what they want, and the work will be made to fit their needs.
They’ll send you a picture of your house with different installation options circled. You can choose the one you like using their easy-to-use online software.
We think this is great for customers who want a unique way to decorate their homes for Christmas.
Additionally, the fact that they have served over 8,000 clients in British Columbia adds to their trustworthiness. We wish, though, that they would offer their services in more cities because we think they have the skills to do so.
Now, we’re not thrilled that they don’t offer lighting rentals. But we thought it was good for the environment that they only used commercial-grade LED lights, which use 90% less power.
