How much does a disinfection service cost in Vancouver?
A disinfection service may cost from $30 to $50 per hour for every cleaner. Residential disinfection is more expensive than commercial spaces, which typically start from $100. The final cost still depends on your property size.

We first thought Orkin Canada was just a pest control company, as they are best known for that. Surprisingly, they also have disinfection services.
While based in Burnaby, they also serve Richmond, Vancouver, and the surrounding areas. This wider reach makes them a convenient option for those who need it.
The team is efficient, with the necessary cleaning tools and equipment that speed up the process. A client said that their cleaners were quick and very careful in cleaning his property.
We also like that they have options on how you want your property to be disinfected. You can either have them clean your space or have them train your staff in professional disinfection.
For us, both options are favourable. If you want to save money in the long run, you may choose the latter option. But if you don’t have any staff to do it, then you can just get their disinfection service.
However, please note that they only offer disinfection services to businesses. They don’t cater to residential clients.

Enviro-Master immediately stood out for its use of electrostatic spraying, which is not usually available to other cleaning companies. Since this method uses electrically charged disinfectant droplets, it’s quicker and can reach shallow areas.
Another advantage is that they use safe commercial cleaning products (since they mostly service restaurants and bars). They have hospital-grade germicide that they use to clean food prep areas to fight food-borne bacteria.
They also have this hand hygiene program. This is where they’ll restock your soap dispensers and hand sanitisers with the necessary antibacterial product that’s both safe and effective.
Their cleaners are also punctual with a nice attitude. Many clients praise Tiffany for arriving early to their restaurant and for always giving a smile before beginning the work. Having this positive and friendly service is top-tier for us.
Aside from that, their routine schedule is also helpful for businesses. It allows owners to plan around cleaning times without disrupting their operations. Routine cleaning also means you don’t have to worry about booking appointments anymore.
However, because they follow a schedule, it may be challenging to request last-minute services, especially during peak seasons.

We also like their cleaning methods, which they call the PUREcleaning system. This is a combination of cleaning solution and electrolysed water. We think it’ll do good on cutting grease and lifting residue at home.
They also use electrostatic spraying, which they call PUREmist. It’s a 360-degree hospital-grade disinfection ideal for light switches and doorknobs. This is mostly used for commercial spaces.
Aside from that, their staff are also polite and professional. Clients mentioned that their cleaners, Moji and Jacquelin, show up consistently with a great attitude and very thorough cleaning.
The team also communicates well. They always give a heads up once they are on the way and send the owner a text when done cleaning. For us, this level of communication is reassuring – no need to check in constantly.
Unfortunately, the quality of their cleaning varies from one cleaner to the other. A homeowner shared that his house wasn’t cleaned properly. The good thing is that the company is willing to reimburse part of the payment for such issues.

They also have emergency cleaning, which most companies don’t offer. This is especially helpful for unexpected situations, like sudden contamination, where immediate service is crucial.
