Another thing we appreciate is how considerate the doctor is. A patient said that she booked earwax removal for two ears. But after assessing that her right ear doesn’t need to be cleaned, the clinic only charged her for cleaning her left ear.
Since they don’t have same-day appointments, you need to schedule one at their clinic first. The booking receptionists are really friendly and helpful, so booking is still pretty smooth.
It’s just frustrating that they don’t accept online bookings for earwax removal. We recommend going straight to the clinic for this service.

One thing that stood out about this clinic is its easy booking process for earwax removal. Scheduling via call is stress-free, with the staff being friendly and accommodating.
The specialist is also skilful and knowledgeable. They offer manual extraction, irrigation, and microsuction, depending on what’s needed. We appreciate that they also explain what method will be used beforehand.
The clinic is well-equipped and easy to locate. You’ll not have a hard time finding it, and it is very accessible to those with mobility issues.
However, since it’s only a small clinic, expect that their availability may be limited. This is especially true since they also offer other services, which could result in longer waiting times.

Like any other branch, HearingLife Vancouver offers a wide variety of services, ranging from hearing assessments to hearing aids. Part of their service is earwax flushing or removal available in manual and microsuction.
The audiologist, Dr. Matthew, is accommodating and friendly during the process. Patients praise how he explains the procedures and how gentle he is throughout the process.
The kind receptionist is also a great asset to the clinic. She’s helpful and was really nice over the phone when providing information about their clinic.
Since they offer different services, expect that you need to book your appointment as early as possible. They might not always be fully booked, but some of their services take time. So, a same-day appointment is not an option for earwax removal.

We found this very helpful for the elderly or those with mobility issues who need quality earwax removal. It’s convenient, safe, and saves the patient the hassle of travelling to the clinic.
We also found their pricing reasonable at $150 for earwax removal. Depending on the case, they’ll use methods such as irrigation and manual removal.
We love that the specialist is considerate. A patient said she booked a 30-minute appointment for earwax removal. However, the buildup is severe and requires at least an hour. The specialist moved her lunch break and gladly accommodated her instead.
They also have a same-day appointment for their earwax removal. However, this still depends on the schedule for the day, so it’s better to check it with their receptionist. Their front desk staff is kind anyway, so don’t be shy to ask.
Their clinic is clean, but it’s admittedly small compared to others.
