EagleRider boasts a wide selection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, from the classic Heritage Softail to much more swift models like the Pan American Special. But what stood out to us was their wide bike selection.
Apart from Harley-Davidson motorcycles, they also have other models such as Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, and many more. They’re pretty flexible as well in terms of rental duration as they provide both short-term and long-term rentals.
We also liked that renting with them includes a Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved helmet. In our opinion, this eases the minds of renters knowing that they’re provided with proper safety gear.
Now, rentals here are calculated on a 24-hour increment. But we were glad to know that if you’re renting a motorcycle for seven days or more, you get a nice discount.
We also liked that they provide full consultations for renters. This covers a thorough damage and safety inspection, motorcycle features, and other things you need to know to be able to drive safely.
They’ve also got an extensive insurance policy that covers theft and damages for up to $2,000. But, one thing we didn’t like was that if you cancel within 30 days, you won’t get your money back.
Nevertheless, we thought that EagleRider deserved a spot on our list. They’ve got this killer line-up of motorcycles for rent and great policies in place
Pros
- Wide selection of motorcycles
- Extensive insurance policy
Cons
- Strict cancellation policy

Since 1993, Cycle BC has been renting out a large selection of motorcycles, scooters, and bikes in Canada. We liked the fact that it’s run by motorcycle enthusiasts as we think it contributes to the quality of service they provide.
The first thing that got us hooked here was the free training they provide for renters. Cycle BC also has a variety of makes and models, including BMW, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda, among others.
We also appreciate their many rental inclusions. Renting with them includes riding gear, full luggage, an emergency roadside kit, and maps of Vancouver and BC.
They’re also very transparent with their rental rates, as they list everything down so prospective customers have an idea of their prices before booking.
The downside is they charge the full amount of your deposit if you cancel within 30 days. However, we did appreciate the fact that in case you get a flat tire during your journey, they’ll come right away to fix that up and get you back on the road.
All in all, we’re pretty confident in recommending Cycle BC as they offer one of the best motorcycle rentals in Vancouver.
Pros
- Free riding training

Cons
- Relatively high rates

Located in Langley, BC, International Motorsports rents out Indian motorcycles in Vancouver and the lower mainland. Rental durations here are as flexible as it gets, as riders can rent hourly, daily, and monthly, which we thought was unique.
This company’s bike selection is quite limited, as there are only seven makes and models available for rent. However, we do like how stylish their bikes are, as most have a sleek and modern look.
However, we did like that they provide an orientation beforehand for safe motorcycle operation, renter’s maintenance responsibilities, and motorcycle overview.
Another thing that left a positive impression on us is that they have an exclusive Indian Motorcycle Rental Damage Waiver Program that covers $1,500 for vehicle damage or loss, which we thought was a nice perk.
Furthermore, many of the customers we’ve interviewed praise the excellent customer service they provide, citing how responsive they are and how smooth the entire transaction is.
Overall, we think International Motorsports deserves a spot on our list because of what they have to offer—flexible rental durations, sleek motorcycles, and a reliable rental damage waiver program.
