Kamaldeen Construction is an experienced insulation company. Their service spans from home to sundeck insulation. We’re glad to know that they offer almost all types of insulation, be it indoor or outdoor.
They are based in Vancouver, but they also serve Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster. This is a huge plus for us since it makes them accessible to more homeowners.
When it comes to their attic insulation, homeowners are pretty satisfied with their service. A client said that the team replied promptly to her inquiry and fixed her attic insulation issue within two days.
Another homeowner shared that the owner, Kamal, speedily got back to him with a site visit and a quote on upgrading the insulation in his attic. He said that the team worked quickly and completed the job in half a day the following week.
The only downside is that they don’t have an online booking system available. You need to call them to schedule a service, which isn’t really that convenient.

Knights Insulation LTD is an insulation company with over four decades of experience. It’s family-owned and operated, catering to both residential and commercial projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
It’s reassuring to know that they also entertain clients beyond Vancouver, especially because there aren’t many insulation companies out there.
First thing we like about this company is that they’re generous. They offer a seasonal 10% off on all residential attic upgrades. This is already a huge help, especially for those who are on a budget and still want to secure their attic.
When it comes to the quality of their attic insulation, homeowners shared that they did a great and quick job. One client said their experience with Knights Insulation from the initial consultation to the actual project completion was hassle-free.
Another mentioned that Cody and his team helped them insulate their 1909 house with an attic. The client said that the team brought in ample product and did the challenging task of crawling into the attic storage areas. They did it all in one day – quick work!
One not-so-good thing is their pricing. A client said that they charged a bit high for a 2030 square feet attic ($2,250).
While we understand that their reputation and long years of experience justify the price, we have to be honest that they’re not the best company for those on a budget.

However, unlike other companies, Insulation Ethos Vancouver doesn’t cater to commercial projects. So, if you have insulation needs for your business establishments, they might not be a good fit.
Despite that, we like their customer care. Some of their clients said that they have a friendly service. A homeowner said that the team showed her pictures of her space before and after their work. For us, this is a great way to check their work.
We also like how thorough they are with the cleanup after the job. A client even said that she enjoyed hearing them sing while working. This just shows how they enjoy doing their work.
The only downside is that they have a small team, which could affect their availability. This is also why they only serve Vancouver, unlike other companies with a wider service area.

One story that stuck with us was when they were able to lay down 15 inches of fibreglass insulation in an attic for 7 hours. While that isn’t fast, it’s not slow when you consider the fact that they encountered an air compressor problem during the process.
Their prices for their spray foam insulation are also reasonable. In fact, some homeowners told us that Greer Spray Foam gave them the best quotes when they asked around.
Additionally, the company offers financing options, which we greatly appreciate. You can choose your monthly instalments and pay your remaining loan anytime without penalty.
Another great thing is that they use bank-level encryption when it comes to their payment. This way, you’ll be personally and financially protected.
We’re also impressed with their online portfolio. They have a great work display, which gives us an idea of how big their recent projects were.
We’re just not satisfied with their response times. They can be really slow when it comes to answering quote requests.
