Since 2015, the Penthouse Event & Business Suite has been setting the stage for numerous events in Vancouver. They can accommodate any type of event and they even offer private events services.

This company has two venues that differ in size, amenities, and features, which we believe is convenient because they can meet the needs of different customers.

The Modern, one of their venues, can accommodate more than 100 people. This location, in our opinion, is ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries, and other social gatherings. 

This 2,500-square-foot venue, in fact, has a dance floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, and five washrooms.

Now, if you’re a company looking for a venue where you can hold meetings and conferences, then the Penthouse Business Suite is for you. This venue provides co-working and boardroom access, which you can use for your business events.

We did notice, however, that they have higher rates compared to a lot of other companies. We also wish they included catering services in their packages.

However, we appreciate the fact that all of the venues are wheelchair accessible. They also have handicap-accessible restrooms.

Moreover, many of the customers we’ve spoken to comment on how excellent their venues are. They’re located nearby some of Vancouver’s most famous attractions, such as Science World.

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate your next special event, we highly recommend the Penthouse Event & Business Suite.

Heritage Hall is a well-known landmark in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. Its classy infrastructure and clock tower make it ideal for formal events such as weddings and community events.

This building was constructed in 1916 and served as a post office until the 1970s. Since then, the community has grouped to preserve the structure. 

Currently, the 3,300 square-foot classic ballroom on the main floor can accommodate multiple events with a maximum capacity of over 200 guests.

We found the combination of rich white, gray, and aqua color refreshing to the eyes. It complements their glass chandeliers, high ceiling, and large windows well. 

These features, in our opinion, make the venue more bright and spacious.

Now, we’re not big fans that they charge additional fees if you want to use their portable stage and screen. Despite that, we liked that they have numerous features includedin their package.

These include tables and chairs, caterers, a well-equipped kitchen, and many more. We also appreciate their price transparency so clients can budget ahead of time. 

In sum, we think Heritage Hall is one of the best event venues in Vancouver that’s ideal for formal occasions.

“Great venue for our wedding! The building is so vintage and classic. Location is very central. Rental rate is reasonable. We had around 150 guests, and the only flaw was that the hall is not air-conditioned, so it felt a bit warm during our ceremony in a July afternoon. Arras Banquet & Events was founded in 2021, and despite being relatively young in the industry, we believe this does not affect the quality of their services.

This establishment has three available venues: the ballroom, rooftop terrace, and piano cafe.

The ballroom is the most spacious of all their venues, with a maximum capacity of 400 guests, making it ideal for big events such as weddings and anniversaries.

We must mention that this venue is relatively expensive, but we believe it’s reasonable given its size and the included services. These include a built-in dance floor, projector and screen, and stage and drapes.

Moreover, this establishment has an in-house chef, staff, and event coordinator, and they also handle furniture set-up and take-down. 

But what we liked best is that they create custom floor plans, which we believe are essential for increasing engagement and ensuring everyone has a good time.

Overall, whether you’re having a big or intimate event, Arras Banquet & Events has an event venue that will fit your needs.

The Stanley Park Pavilion is a world-renowned event venue located in the heart of Vancouver’s Stanley Park. 

This venue boasts a stunning ballroom with large windows, vintage glass chandeliers, and outdoor ceremony space with sweeping views of the park and city skyline. 

The Pavilion has been host to some of Vancouver’s most prestigious weddings and events, and we think the overall aesthetic of the venue makes it look elegant.

Even though this venue can only hold 180 people, we believe it’s one of the best in Vancouver because it makes events more intimate. 

This location also has a tea room with a fireplace and a full-service bar where your guests can relax. But out of all their amenities, our favorite feature was the landscaped garden.

This space is an ideal wedding reception area but can only accommodate 250 guests, so we recommend it for smaller weddings.

Now, aside from weddings, the Stanley Park Pavilion can also customize its venue for corporate events, conferences, private parties, and many more.

They can also accept requests for room design, themed menus, and decorations which we found unique. With its picturesque setting and convenient location, we think the Stanley Park Pavilion deserves to be on our list.

Brix Studio is an events company located in Vancouver’s Gastown neighborhood. The space is ideal for those looking to host webinars or virtual meetings and offers a unique and convenient setting for event organizers and attendees.

We were impressed with the fact that their studio is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, making it easy to connect with participants from anywhere in the world.

In addition, they also have a venue rental equipped with numerous features, including free WiFi, whiteboards, A/V equipment, and many more perks.

What we liked best about this company is that their on-site staff is available during the week to assist with any support you may require. This, in our opinion, alleviates clients’ concerns about the success of their events.

Another thing that caught our attention is they also have event services. We found this convenient as consumers won’t have to find hosting and catering services elsewhere.

Moreover, they can also document your event as they also have in-house photographers, which comes at an additional fee.

Whether you’re looking for a small intimate space for a meeting or a large venue for a webinar, Brix Studio has you covered as they’re one of the best events venues you can find in Vancouver.
