Their repair works are also impressive, as seen on their portfolio. One steel gate welding repair they did looked really clean and almost brand new after the fix. You can barely tell there’s damage in the first place.
Another project that impressed was a patio door repair. They got the slider working properly again and fixed the frame – all that without a full replacement needed.
Their crew is also fast, friendly, and tidy. Most clients note that they love how the team left the job site in great order. This is a big plus, especially for busy people who don’t want to deal with cleanup after the repairs.
The only thing to note about Fix It Pros is that they charge an assessment call-out fee of $179 on weekdays and $358 on weekends and evenings. This is to cover their travel and assessment costs.

Also, if there’s one common denominator that clients keep talking about, it’s his punctuality. He arrives on time and comes very prepared to do the job. For me, first impressions last, so meeting a guy who’s on time to do the work is an advantage.
However, one thing I noticed is that, unlike other companies, it’s a small one. They don’t have many workers available who can cater to emergency repairs.
Edward also sometimes misses some quote requests, especially those sent via his website. I recommend calling him instead for a site visit.
