We bought from the best RV sales centers in Vancouver and now we’re always on the road!

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Inventory: We considered RV sales centers that have a large amount of inventory to minimize the waiting or turnover period for customers. We also included those that sell both new and used RVs.
  • After-sales support: We checked if the RV sales centers are still accommodating even after the purchase, especially for clients who need help in servicing, repairs, and other post-sale walkthroughs.
  • Repairs: We included RV centers that offer repair and maintenance services onsite.
  • Proper walkthrough: We assessed if they provide a complete walkthrough on how to navigate the RV, providing confidence to their customers.

During roadtrips, we would always just pack our stuff in the car, and just hit the road. While it worked on shorter road trips, longer ones would also mean longer stopovers, and endless restroom breaks.

Since that was quite challenging, especially when we’re travelling with kids and older folks, we decided to make the switch and find the best RV sales centers in Vancouver—those that could help select the best travel companion on the road.

So if you’re also planning to hit the road while having another home on wheels, then take this as a sign to start your vanlife real soon. We’ve made a list of the ones we’ve trusted in the city, so make sure to keep on reading!

How much does an RV cost in Vancouver?

In Vancouver, the cost for small RVs can range from $25,000 to $65,000. Meanwhile, larger RVs and Class C RVs may cost around $120,000 to $180,000.

Staff speaks Mandarin

“Michelle has been really helpful in guiding us during the RV show and also on the date of signing. She is able to communicate in Mandarin this is A+ to our family. Also in showing us how to use the trailer. Coordinating with the service team before the trailer leaves the yard. At the finance department, We took advantage of the extended warranty to lower the interest rate, there was also highlight of the day.”

Ivan Tan, Google Review

Offers mobile services

“The mobile service department was fantastic. Prompt service and sorted out the problem quickly. Even though this was not a warranty issue on my brand new trailer. Jim worked hard to make this the most cost effective repair possible. Brendan was on time and very professional. He also helped me with a few minor issues with the trailer while he was on site.”

If you’re looking for an RV sales center with an amazing repair and maintenance service on the side, then Meridian RV Centre should be on top of your list.

What’s great about them is that they will ask for your specifications, ensuring they match you with the best RVs in the lineup.

You can also trust them to know everything about the trailers in their inventory, so even if you’re not familiar with the others, they will walk you through each of them for better understanding.

We also didn’t feel any pressure. We even felt like we were asking too many questions about different types of RV models, but they still gave us honest advice and guidance before making our final purchase.

When our trailer broke down, we immediately brought it to their shop. Honestly, we weren’t expecting them to accommodate us on short notice, but we appreciate Keri for taking the time to check our RV even when it’s almost closing time!

You can even expect them to finish minor repairs in under fifteen minutes. So if you’re in a rush, and need to get back on the road right away, then consider the repair services here at Meridian RV Centre.

Pros

  • Great repair and maintenance services
  • Can accommodate last-minute repair needs
  • Knowledgeable about different types of RVs

Cons

  • Sourcing out of spare parts might take some time
  • Cost of spare parts is pricier compared to its counterparts

Very warm and welcoming

“I am back to say, Doug has been the absolute best with dealing with our Bullet. He has taken such good care of us since purchasing our Trailer. He makes sure that all the T’s are crossed 🙂 I would also like to mention Colleen. She is so welcoming and friendly every time we come in. Thank you again Meridian Team! Here’s to another year of camping in 2025. Since getting our trailer, we have been able to camp all year round! It is a complete game changer. Our experience from start to finish was stress free. From picking the unit with Johnny to the finance department, all of our questions were answered. Thanks again!“

Dan from Dan’s Mechanical Home of Trucks and RVs Sales & Service is known for his passion and genuine heart to share the beautiful side of having an RV lifestyle, so if you’re looking beyond the typical sales process, then this could be your go-to!

Their store may appear old-school, but what surprised us was the good inventory and the impressive service behind the humble storefront. So don’t expect to see a fancy showroom if you’re planning to visit this RV sales center

Here, you can find used RVs, trailers, and trucks that are all well-maintained and cleaned–even if they don’t expect someone to purchase on that day.

Before going to the RV sales center, we secured an appointment, just to make sure they accommodate us. For walk-in appointments, you can still expect them to accommodate you, but longer wait times may be required.

We appreciate them for opening the store earlier than their official business hours just to accommodate our travel time.

Another thing that we loved about them is that they will personally walk you through each RV, ensuring that they also point out the minor imperfections to manage your expectations.

There’s also an in-house repair service. And if you need help while you’re out on the road, they can also provide a go-to service guy who can visit you wherever you are in Vancouver.

Pros

  • In-house mechanical service
  • Reasonably priced

Cons

  • Showroom is a bit small
  • Limited new RVs

Easy process

“Bought a 2004 rv from Dan back in 2019, I had been interested in a trailer for a while, called a few times about several different trailers and they were already sold, a few months later found one that both my wife and I liked, the process was so easy, he was a pleasure to do business with, I’d have to say the only thing we hated about the trailer was the jack on the hitch so I replaced it with a power jack and omg, I’ll never have a trailer without a power jack ever again, anyway we are are planning on going back to Dan’s to get our next trailer in the next few months and selling our current trailer to our daughter and and her little family”

Well-maintained fleet

“Just bought my Class C motorhome!!! Clean and in good shape for a used unit. Best I’ve seen out of my search. Dan and Shane showed me how everything worked with detail and I was on my way – Happy Camper!”

We saw Get-Away RV Centre whenever we read about RVs on social media groups and internet forums, so we decided to see what these people are raving about.

Here, you can expect to see newer units. It was actually a nice change after checking a few parking lots selling used RV units, however, be ready to see more premium prices compared to some smaller dealerships in the city.

While going around, we were able to see known brands such as Jayco and Winnebago. They also have a huge inventory, so it would be best to prepare your shortlisted units (with budgets) to make the search easier.

Nonetheless, you can still expect their friendly staff to help you decide, especially if you have lots of questions about certain RV units. You can also ask for brochures that you can take home, in case you need more time to decide.

For budget-conscious consumers out there, you’ll love that you can trade-in your old V units. While you’re there, you may consider asking for their terms and conditions, so it would be easier for you to arrange your documents.

They also have a separate parts and accessories department. So if you’re not buying an RV anytime soon, you can still drop by to search for accessories such as solar kits and backup cameras.

Pros

  • Wide range of new RVs
  • Carries known RV brands
  • Trade-ins are accepted
  • Has a parts and accessories department

Cons

  • Premium rates
  • Doesn’t sell used RVs

Impressive delivery process

“What a great experience we had on our trailer purchase! Right from Rod helping us get the best unit for us to Missy making the purchase easy and seamless and Jamie’s awesome delivery process going through everything thoroughly and simple. What a great team!!!”

Can accommodate last-minute repair requests

“Many thank you’s to Krystle and the team for going above and beyond to help us with our Sprinter van leak in early April. We were on our last leg home of a whirlwind trip when we developed a leak from our fresh water tank. Krystle got us in and fixed the next day when others couldn’t fit us in until May or didn’t even answer our phone calls. We appreciate Krystle and the peace of mind given to us to complete our journey home.”

When we visited Arbutus RV & Marine Sales, Shawn immediately welcomed us and asked us for our preference. He showed us a few units in the class category after learning about our goals and needs.

We felt like he will be a great match for first-time RV owners, so if you have limited knowledge about RVs, trailers, and campers, make sure to look for Shawn while you’re here.

You’ll love that you won’t get pressured with their sales tactics, they will make sure your search would be a comfortable and exciting experience.

While there were several back and forths after our initial visit, you can expect these guys to provide you with a clear communication, ensuring you get all the details that you need before making a purchase.

Before getting the unit, you can expect them to provide you with a detailed walkthrough of the RV’s system and features. Just expect to gather too much information in one sitting!

And while this is happening, you’ll love that the service department is already finalizing your RV setup, ensuring you’re ready to go after your orientation.

Pros

  • Ideal for first-time RV buyers
  • Provides a detailed walkthrough of the RV’s system and features

Cons

  • A few spare parts might take time to source out
  • Communication skills could use some improvement

Proactive in checking units

“Bought a new RV from Arbutus about a month ago and had a few kinks. The main one being a water leak. Jordeen and the service technicians were awesome. Took a few trips out to my site but took care of everything. They were on top of all my issues in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.

These guys are great !!!!”

Quick processing of repair requests

“We purchased from the Cassidy location which was a great expierence, but the Parksville location has always been our go to location for questions, parts and repairs. Made a claim with Jessica for roof damage, she had someone to assess the damage the next day! Talk about service! Thanks Jess!! The guys in the parts department and the techs are knowledgeable and efficient. 10/10 reccomend!”
