Sadohana is a family-owned and operated establishment in Vancouver that has operated for over 25 years.
We found it impressive that they’re one of the few businesses that offer a wide range of healing and training methods. This includes yoga therapy, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Japanese Jujutsu.
Diane Semark directs the company’s yoga therapy services. She is a yoga therapist and kokodo jujutsu shinan with more than 2,500 hours of teaching experience in Yoga Therapy and Shiatsu.
It also adds to her credibility that she has completed numerous trainings and received multiple certifications in various areas, such as yoga, Ashtanga, Shiatsu, and many more.
