What’s great about Coach Blake from Fraserview Golf Course is that he will build your confidence in making course decisions. So if you’re looking for a coach that will teach you golf course management skills, then he’s the one for you.
We also find him very calm, so he’s also a suitable coach for the younger golfers out there. He will even gladly show his shots and putts on the course, providing you with real examples that you can follow.
This golf coach is also known for providing individual and group instructions at the range. And as soon as he notices that you’re ready to take the lessons out on the course, he will let you apply all the lessons you’ve learned there too.
Here, they offer group courses that are great for beginners. After the assessment, you’ll know which of the five basic levels to join, which is great.
However, classes and clinics get fully booked fast, so make sure to reserve a spot months ahead.
Meanwhile, there’s a store for golf supplies if you suddenly forget some of your golf accessories at home.
And after your lessons, you can grab a cup of coffee or other refreshments in the clubhouse restaurant. Choose a table at the patio for a better view!
Provides great tips and insights
“I am taking a série of lessons with coach Blake and highly recommend him. Blake is a fantastic instructor! He provides excellent tips and insight and makes golf fun. Within the first lesson he fixed my grip and my swing improved a lot.”

Ideal for building golf course management skills
“Fraserview Golf Academy is a great teaching facility. I have participated in Fraserview’s Get Golf Ready, Mini Programs, Semi-Privates and the Par 3 League.
Blake Ceron coached the GGR Level 4 Transition to the Course. It was such a great learning experience I have enrolled for a second round. The program was helpful because of Blake’s individual and group instruction at the range and then out on the course. Blake taught the keys to course management; club selection and play decisions. Blake gives clear instruction and asks students about our choices; whereby building our confidence to make on course decisions. Being out on the course with a golf professional (Blake) getting solid feedback is the best way to build your game, confidence and golf course management skills. I know I am not the only fan of the Fraserview team because classes and clinics fill up fast.”

What we liked most about her is that she has different programs to support you on and off the course. This tells us that she doesn’t just follow a standard program and apply it to all his students—she will be there to really gauge your current skill and experience!
You can also expect her to correct your posture and movements. So if you’re not so new to golf, but want to unlearn incorrect or inaccurate skills, then she’s the best coach for you too.

If you’re thinking about improving your golf game, then make sure to get lessons from Coach James from Prime Golf Studio.
What’s great about him is that he doesn’t just tell you what to do, he’s actually there to let you understand why your body’s doing those movements.
And if he notices something wrong about it, then he will make sure to teach you the right way—in a way you would understand.
But, for complete newbies out there, nothing stops you from tapping him too. He’s a great coach to establish your foundation, allowing you to understand the fundamentals so you can see real progress quickly.
Our most favorite part about attending his golf lessons is how he tailorfits his lessons to each of us. You can expect him to check your posture, flexibility, and how you naturally move.
Honestly, we got personalized lessons—something we all haven’t seen from instructional golf lessons we see online.
For those of you who get easily overwhelmed with strict golf coaches, you’ll love that he’s very patient. He even makes sure to keep the coaching sessions very light, so you get more comfortable.
Nonetheless, he still provides technical feedback to ensure you’re improving in every session.
Great attention to detail
“I’ve been working with James for a couple of months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress. James is incredibly patient, has an amazing attention to detail and a very good teaching style. He was able to identify my faults immediately and provided me really useful drills to help me find the right feeling to quickly make changes to my swing. Having access to a Trackman is also a huge bonus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great coach and great golf studio to learn and practice in.”

Helps students with consistency
“James has been great to learn from as a beginner golfer. Despite some bad habits that have been developed over the years of self taught golf, James has been able to effectively teach me proper swing mechanics and provide targeted swing adjustments that have helped with my consistency, as well as understanding what is causing specific issues. Additionally, I found the real time feedback and replays with the trackman extremely helpful. As someone with a busier work schedule, booking lessons with James has been smooth and he has been able to accommodate lessons at different times and days of the week. I would recommend James to anyone looking to improve their game!”

GOLFTEC Vancouver Terminal Avenue is a perfect spot for golfers who want to improve their swinging skill without going to an actual golf course. And one of the best instructors you can find here is Coach Will Ni.
Newbies and advanced golfers are very much welcome here. So on your first visit, just let them know your current skill level, or just let them assess you to help them curate a better program.
Upon entering, we noticed how clean and bright the facility is. Unlike those dimmed facilities, the environment allows us to see our coach clearly while he teaches us the right swings.
When it comes to coaching, you can expect him to not overcomplicate things. In fact, he has a way of breaking down the key fundamentals about swinging, so you would get a better understanding during application.
Most of us love hearing what we do best, and that’s what we actually love about Coach Will. He’s good with words, which also helps build our confidence.
Nonetheless, you can still expect him to give you constructive criticisms, which is a great check-in for the things you need to improve.
Coach Will will also provide you with drills that you can practice when you’re at the range, which is a plus in our books.
Teaches students with a solid foundation
“I started going to Will Ni at Golftec in mid April to properly learn the game of golf, essentially as a newbie. My goal was to break 100 by the end of the summer and my starting round was a 139. Going to lessons once a week for 16 weeks and here were are in July having just shot a true 99, well ahead of schedule. Big shout out to Will Ni for getting me to where I am now, he built my swing up with a solid foundation and coached me effectively. Thanks Will!”

Also focuses on improved body posture
“I worked with Will Ni and it was fantastic. Not only did he help improve my game significantly he also helped me change my swing to keep my body healthy and remove back pain. I used to shoot in the mid to high 80s and after Working with Will Ni I have shot in the 70s multiple times this year. Very happy with his lessons.”

This golf coach is known for his holistic teaching. So if you’re looking for a coach that would focus on your posture, alignment, and even mental strategy, then he could be the one you’re looking for.
During our third session, he didn’t just focus on my swings, he also explained how to make small adjustments, while carefully making me understand why these adjustments matter.
Coach Sergej also makes sure that his lessons are personalized. We even love how he encourages us to push forward, without being overwhelmed.
You can really trust him to break down complex lessons and even ideas in a clear and friendly way.
